FAQ: I see skin blur!

  • Q. Some parts of the skin are blur, some not. What should I do?
  • A. Right click > Tex Refresh your avatar / Mesh body. Clear cache and re-log if necessary.

FAQ: I see strange marks on skin!

  • Q. Some weird marks are on the skin, looks like they should not be there! A portion of my skin is "missing"!
  • A. Remove ALL tattoos and clothing. It is likely you are wearing a layer that is causing those marks.

FAQ: There is nothing in the box I purchased!

  • Q. I rez the box, and when I look inside there is nothing in it.
  • A. Please WEAR the box to open it. It is FULL of goodies. ;)

FAQ: I see strange halo/glow around my head. What should I do?

  • Q. How to remove strange halo around my head?
  • A. A very quick fix is to right click yourself > Appearance > edit outfit > Hair > and put all sliders in STYLE to ZERO. Really is fast and works like a charm.

FAQ: Are there SLINK Appliers for my hands and/or feet?

  • Q. Where are the Slink Appliers for Hands and Feet? And why are they not in Redelivery?
  • A. Slink Appliers for Hands and Feet are found scattered on the floor under the respective Avatar vendor panels in the store on Aeros Island. The papers are NOT in the Redelivery terminal, for a very mysterious reason. Lets just say we left them out. If you absolutely need your Slink appliers re-sent to you, please contact Pi Rain!

FAQ: Are there female Aeros Skins?

  • Q. I want to buy Aeros Female skins, please help!
  • A. Thank you for your interest. At this time there are NO female skins from Aeros. We will make female skins someday. When we do, this answer will be different!

FAQ: Are there any cheaper skins? Do you sell Shapes, Skins, Eyes, various items separately?

  • Q. I don't want to spend 2000L on a giant package of good stuff! Please help!
  • A. Sometimes we participate in TMD (The Men's Dept) events and there you may find items sold separately. We do have plans to offer items separately in the future, so please be patient! For now, if you do NOT see an item for sale, it is NOT for sale and is not available. Thank you.

FAQ: Is there/ will there be Aeros Mesh Body?

  • Q. I want to buy Aeros Mesh Body, please help!
  • A. Aeros is currently developing Male mesh body. This is a process that will take some time, so please be patient. We can not tell you exactly when we will be ready for release.

FAQ: How do I suggest a product?

  • Q. I want to suggest new Aeros Avatars products!
  • A. Please send a Notecard titled Product Suggestions to Pi Rain!
